1. Eligibility: The Em Purities Beauty 2-Year Anniversary Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States of America, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Em Purities Beauty, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on July 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM PST and ends on July 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (the "Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter: To enter, locate a QR code sticker and visit the Em Purities Beauty 2-Year Anniversary landing page during the Giveaway Period. Follow the on-screen instructions to spin the digital prize wheel. Each spin constitutes one entry into the Giveaway for the chance to win a prize.

4. Prizes: Prizes include discounts on services (e.g., 10% off, 20% off) and free services (e.g., free add-on, free Ultimate Em Hair Treatment). The exact prize awarded will be randomly determined by the spin of the digital prize wheel. The odds of winning a specific prize depend on the number of available prizes and the random nature of the wheel spin. All prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution will be offered, except at the sole discretion of Em Purities Beauty.

5. Prize Redemption: Upon spinning the wheel, participants will receive a unique redemption code displayed on screen. To redeem a prize, the participant must call Em Purities Beauty at 725-266-2401  to book an appointment and provide the unique redemption code at the time of booking. Appointments must be booked and redeemed by July 31, 2025 or the prize will be forfeited.

6. Limitations:

  • One prize per customer for the duration of the Giveaway Period.

  • Prizes cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, or gift certificates.

  • Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Prizes do not include tip.

  • Em Purities Beauty reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant in its sole discretion who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process.

7. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Em Purities Beauty, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Em Purities Beauty reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Em Purities Beauty's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Em Purities Beauty in its sole discretion.
